Two parts, and usage at cost.

A one-time build to stand the measurement up, then a monthly retainer for the measurement itself. The usage behind it is passed through, not marked up.

One-time build

The base offer. Stands up measurement on your store and your products, so the loop can start, and it covers up to 300 active testers. Built once, yours from then on.

The usage behind your customers' check-ins, the messaging and the hosting, is passed through at cost, and it is small. We do not mark up your customers' check-ins.

This is observational, real-world measurement: what your customers report against their own starting point. It supports experience and perception claims. Claims that need a control group sit in the Claims-Ready rung below.

Past the first 300, the retainer scales per active tester, so the price tracks the size of the read. We set the per-tester rate with you as you grow.

When a claim needs a controlled study.

Everything above is observational measurement of your own customers. This rung is different in kind: a controlled study, run separately, for when a claim needs that level of evidence to stand behind. It is scoped and quoted per study, on top of your measurement retainer, because it is a study, not a subscription.
